中医滋阴益气补肾法治疗冠心病心绞痛效果评价

The Evaluation of TCM Nourishing Yin and Invigorating Kidney Treatment of Angina Pectoris

目的探究中医滋阴益气补肾法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床治疗效果。方法将我院收治的100例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分成两组,对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规方法进行治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上采用中医滋阴益气补肾法进行治疗,比较对照组和实验组的治疗效果。结果经过治疗,对照组患者治疗的总有效率是80%,实验组治疗的总有效率是94%;对照组心电图的总有效率是76%,实验组心电图的总有效率是90%;对于两组患者治疗前后血液中血脂的变化,两组患者血脂含量均得到了改善,实验组优于对照组。结论中医滋阴益气补肾法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床治疗效果明显。

Objective To explore TCM nourishing yin and invigorating kidney and clinical treatment of angina pectoris. Methods In our hospital 100 cases of angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups,control and experimental groups,control group with conventional methods of treatment,the experimental group were treated using traditional chinese medicine yin yiqibushen law on the basis of conventional therapy,the treatment effect is more control and experimental groups.Results After treatment,patients in the control group total effective rate is 80%,the experimental treatment group total effective rate was 94%,control group,the total effective rate of ECG was 76% in the experimental group ECG total effective rate is 90 percent, for two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood lipids,lipid content of the two groups of patients were improved,the experimental group than the control group.Conclusion TCM nourishing yin and invigorating kidney obvious angina pectoris.
