应用中医食疗对高血压患者营养膳食进行干预及效果的评估 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价中医食疗在高血压患者营养膳食中的干预效果。方法抽取我院高血压患者224例,随机分为两组各112例:对照组(常规膳食),观察组(营养膳食),比较两组患者坐位血压、体质指数和治疗后的生存质量。结果观察组在坐位血压和体质指数两方面低于对照组,P<0.05;两组在治疗后生存质量得分比较除社会功能方面外其他7方面观察组均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论营养膳食对治疗高血压患者具有一定的疗效。 Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional chinese medicine on the nutritional diet in patients with hypertension.Methods 224 cases selected hypertensive patients in our hospital,were randomly divided into for two groups of 112 cases in each: control group(conventional dietary),the observation group(nutritional food),compared two groups of patients with sitting blood pressure,body mass index and treatment of quality of life.Results In the observation group in the sitting blood pressure and body mass index lower than that of the control group,P〈 0.05,two groups after treatment,survival quality scores than the comparison social function outside the other seven aspects in the observation group were higher than control group,P〈 0.05.Conclusion Nutrition diet has a certain effect on the treatment of hypertension patients.
