中医辩证施治配合西药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效观察

Efficacy of TCM Treatment With Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的：研究分析中医辨证施治配合西药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法选择2014年6月～2015年6月在我院进行90例糖尿病视网膜病变患者，运用随机数字双盲法进行平均分组，对照组45例患者单纯应用西药进行治疗；研究组45例患者应用中医辨证施治配合西药进行治疗。结果研究组患者的总有效率约为93.33%（42/45）高于对照组的75.56%（34/45），差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。研究组患者的对数视力为（4.7±0.7）高于对照组的（3.8±0.8），差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论中医辨证施治配合西药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效非常理想，可有效促进患者视力功能的恢复。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. MethodsSelected 90 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015,divided by the randomized double blind method,the control group of 45 cases of patients with simple application of western medicine treatment,research group of 45 cases of patients with syndrome differentiation of traditional chinese medicine combined with western medicine for treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate of the study group was 75.56%（42/45）was significantly higher than that of the control group（34/45）,the difference was statisticaly significant. The logarithmic visual acuity of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation of traditional chinese medicine with the effect of western medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy is very good,can effectively promote the recovery of visual function of patients,clinical application and higher application value.
