中药的不良反应探讨及药学分析研究

Study on Adverse Reactions of Chinese Medicine and Pharmaceutical Analysis

目的：研究和探讨中药的不良反应，并分析临床药物服务对策。方法收集2013年1月～2014年12月我院收治的使用中药治疗后出现不良反应的患者共63例，对他们的临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结发生不良反应的原因，并在此基础上寻求药物服务的有效对策。结果引发中药不良反应的主要原因包括患者对中药的不了解、煎煮时间不当、煎煮工具不当、用药不灵活等，因此在药学服务当中，必须加强宣传中药知识、普及药物常识并严格把控药物的质量，使患者能够做到合理使用。结论中药不良反应的发生率在逐渐提高，在药学服务当中，应采用综合性的服务对策，降低不良反应的发生率，从而提高患者使用中药的安全性。

Objective To study the adverse drug reaction of chinese traditional medicine and to analyze the clinical drug service strategy.MethodsA total of 63 patients were colected in January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital from the use of traditional chinese medicine in the treatment after appeared adverse reaction and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively,to summarize the reasons for the occurrence of adverse reactions,and on this basis,sought the effective countermeasures of medical service.ResultsThe main reason for the adverse reaction of traditional chinese medicine including patients of chinese medicine did not understand,improper decocting time,decocting improper tool,medication is not flexible,so in the pharmacy services must strengthen publicity and knowledge of traditional chinese medicine,the popularization of medical knowledge and strictly control the quality of drugs,so that patients could accomplish reasonable use. Conclusion The incidence of adverse reaction of traditional chinese medicine is increasing gradualy,in the pharmacy service should be the comprehensive service measures to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve patient safety in using traditional chinese medicine.
