简述儿外科患儿围术期护理体会

Perioperative Nursing Experience for Children Patients in Pediatric Surgery Department

目的：针对儿外科患儿围术期护理体会的研究。方法选取我院儿外科2013年12月～2014年12月收治的152例围术期护理的患儿作为研究对象。随机将其分为两组：对照组和实验组，两组各76例。对照组采取常规的护理方式，实验组采取在患儿围术期进行精心的护理，将两组的护理效果进行比较。结果对照组总有效率为84.2%；实验组总有效率为96.1%。两组比较具有差异（P＜0.05）。结论在儿外科患儿围术期实施全面的护理，降低了手术的风险，具有明显的效果。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing experience for children patients in pediatric surgery department.MethodsChose 152 cases of perioperative nursing of children from December 2013 to December 2014 as the research object. It was divided into two groups at random：control group and experimental group,two groups of 76 cases each. A conventional nursing way nursing methods in the control group,experimental group adopted perioperative careful care,the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe control group total effective rate was 84.2%,the total effective rate was 96.1%,comparing the two groups had significant difference（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion In children with surgical perioperative comprehensive nursing,reduce the risk of operation,has obvious effect and is worth wide application.
