结直肠癌肝转移患者射频消融治疗的护理分析

Analysis of Radiofrequency Ablation Therapy in Patients With Liver Metastases From Colorectal Cancer Care

目的探讨结直肠癌肝转移患者射频消融治疗的护理方法。方法选取我院收治的结直肠癌肝转移行射频消融治疗的患者64例进行回顾性分析。结果围手术期间进行积极护理,64例患者均痊愈出院,并发症发生率为7.8%,经过3个月随访,未出现复发和死亡病例,肝功能child A级。结论对结直肠癌肝转移患者行射频消融治疗效果好,在围手术期间积极进行有效护理可降低并发症的发生率,住院时间短,康复快。

ObjectiveTo explore nursing method and effect in patients with colorectal liver metastases radiofrequency ablation.Methods Selected 64 patients colorectal liver metastases of radiofrequency ablation treatment,and efficacy were retrospectively analyzed.Results During the perioperative period,64 patients were cured and discharged,the complication rate was 7.8%. After 3 months of follow-up,there was no recurrence and death,and the liver function was child. Conclusion Colorectal cancer patients with liver metastasis in patients with radiofrequency ablation treatment effect is good,active in the perioperative period can reduce the incidence of complications, hospitalization time is short,fast recovery.
