摘要
目的对甲状腺癌手术后口服131碘治疗的临床护理情况进行分析探究。方法选取我院2013年3月~2014年5月收治的190例甲状腺癌术后口服131碘的患者进行治疗前后的心理护理,并在其隔离期间进行必要的防护措施和放射防护,在手术后予以相关并发症的检测和护理,并对其效果进行评价。结果在一系列的科学护理之后,本次研究的190例甲状腺癌患者经过131碘的治疗和后期护理之后,身体情况出现好转。结论甲状腺癌患者在手术后服用131碘,并且采取科学合理的护理措施之后能够有效帮助病情恢复,减小病灶,降低复发症的风险。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing care of 131I patients treated with oral iodine after thyroid cancer surgery. Methods From March 2013 to May 2014, 191） thyroid cancer patients after oral 131 I were admitted in our hospital, and given psychological nursing before and alter treatment, and necessary protective measures and radiation protection in the period of isolation. Results After a series of scientific nursing, 190 cases of thyroid cancer patients with thyroid cancer after treatment and after the treatment of 131I, tbe physical condition of the body was significantly improved. Conclusion Thyroid cancer patients after surgery to take 131I, and to take scientific and reasonable care measures can effectively help patients recover, reduce the disease, reduce the risk of recurrence.
