临床护理路径在胆结石围手术期中的效果分析

Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Perioperative Period of Gall Stone

目的观察和分析在胆结石患者围术期使用临床护理路径进行护理的效果。方法选择患有胆结石的患者80例,将他们平均分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组患者的基础上根据临床护理路径进行护理,对两组患者围术期的情况进行对比。结果使用临床护理路径进行护理的患者在平均住院时间以及下床活动时间等方面均优于对照组患者,并且两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胆结石患者围术期中,根据临床护理路径进行护理能够起到很好的效果。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative period of patients with galstones.MethodsEighty patients with galstone patients,were divided into two groups,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group in the control group patients according to the clinical nursing path care,of two groups of patients with peri operation period were compared.ResultsClinical nursing pathway in nursing of patients in hospitalization time and time to get out of bed and so on were better than those of the control group,and the two groups compared with significant difference（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion In the perioperative period of patients with galstones,according to the clinical nursing path can play a very good effect.
