摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径在改善高血压患者健康生活方式中的效果。方法选取高血压患者84例分为两组,研究组给予健康教育路径护理,对照组采用常规健康教育护理。结果研究组相关知识掌握率高于对照组,出院3个月后,研究组健康生活方式各指标改善率优于对照组,P<0.05。结论健康教育路径在改善高血压患者健康生活方式中的效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of health education pathway in improving the health life style of patients with hypertension.Methods The patients with hypertension were divided into two groups,the study group was given health education path,and the control group was treated with routine health education. The study group was divided into 84 groups.ResultsThe knowledge mastery rate of study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and 3 months after discharge,the improvement rate of healthy life style of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group,P〈 0.05.Conclusion The path of health education in improving the healthy lifestyle of patients with hypertension,the effect is significant.
