摘要
目的探讨细节管理在儿科护理管理中的应用。方法比较采取细节管理后儿科护理管理的变化。结果观察组护理质量评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,护理纠纷发生率则低于对照组。结论细节管理在儿科护理管理中应用效果良好。
Objective Discuss the application of details management in pediatric nursing management.Methods Compared after the details management the changes of pediatric nursing management.ResultsNursing quality score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,incidence of nursing dispute was lower than the control group.Conclusion Detail management in pediatric nursing management application effect is good.
