摘要
目的探讨应用护理干预对妇产科手术患者腹部切口的护理体会。方法选取96例进行妇产科腹部手术患者作为研究资料,随机分为两组。其中对照组(48例)行常规护理,干预组(48例)在对照组基础上进行护理干预,实施优质护理。结果干预组甲级愈合、肠蠕动恢复时间及肠排气时间优于对照组,两组比较统计学差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外干预组护理满意度为93.75%,而对照组为81.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇产科手术患者实施护理干预,行优质护理,可促进切口愈合,减少并发症的发生,改善患者预后及生存质量。
ObjectiveTo explore the nursing intervention applied to gynecology and obstetrics nursing experience in patients with abdominal incision surgery. Methods Selected 96 cases of obstetrics and gynecology research data as abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （48 cases）takes routine nursing care,intervention group（48 cases）takes quality care.Results Intervention group healed wel,recovery time and intestinal peristalsis exhaust time were significantly better than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）. In addition the intervention group nursing satisfaction was 93.75%,while the control group was 81.25%,a significant difference（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion For nursing intervention for patients with gynecologic surgery,the line quality care,can promote wound healing and reduce complications and improve the prognosis and quality of life.
