摘要
目的：探究在慢性肾炎护理中护理干预模式的应用效果。方法选取我院在2014年4月～2015年4月收治的96例慢性肾炎患者，采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组有48例患者，对照组给予常规护理方式，观察组给予护理干预模式，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果经对比，观察组的护理满意度高于对照组患者，且并发症发生率较低，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论在慢性肾炎护理中应用护理干预模式效果明显，不但提升了护理满意度，而且对降低并发症发生率具有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of chronic nephritis.MethodsFrom April 2014 to April 2015,96 cases of chronic nephritis patients were admitted,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 48 cases of patients, control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group given nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients with nursing effect. ResultsThe nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower,and the difference was obvious,P〈 0.05,with statistical significance. Conclusion In the nursing of chronic nephritis application mode for nursing intervention effect is obvious,not only to enhance the satisfaction degree of nursing,and to reduce complication incidence rate has important significance,in clinical nursing suitable for popularization and application.
