摘要
通过对Q303根霉制种原料——麸皮进行微波杀菌时间控制后移接Q303根霉菌培制Q303根霉一、二级种曲质量的工艺培菌进行试验,并对产品工艺质量进行了比较。
In this study, the raw materials for Q303 Rhizopus —bran was treated by microwave sterilization. Through the adjustment of the treatment time, culture test of primary/secondary Q303 Rhizopus starter was carried out. And their quality was compared.
