摘要
啤酒饮料工业产生的废水有机物、N、P、无机盐等营养物质含量很高,同时,废水中这些营养物质极易被微生物消耗利用,加上废水本身并无毒性,啤酒饮料废水可以作为微生物良好的培养基质。综合利用技术在处理啤酒饮料废水时,不仅提高了废水处理效果,减少废水造成的环境污染问题,而且可以收获大量的微生物蛋白饲料和有价值的代谢产物,实现了经济效益和环境效益的高度统一。
Beer and beverage industrial wastewater contains abundant organic matter, N, P, inorganic salt and other nutrients. These nutrients can be easily consumed by microbes, and the wastewater is non-toxic itself. Therefore, beer and beverage wastewater can serve as good micro-bial cultivation medium. In this paper, we introduced the technology of comprehensive utilization of beer and beverage wastewater, which not only can improve the effect of wastewater treatment and reduce pollution, but also can produce microbial protein feed and valuable metabolites, thus achieving both economic and environmental benefits.
