摘要
基于高速电磁斥力机构的工作原理及理论研究,得出影响斥力机构运动特性的主要因素,通过计算仿真,获得主要影响因素变化规律。在此基础上优化设计和制造出一套斥力机构,并应用于直流快速机械开关样机。试验结果表明,该斥力机构样机满足设计要求,并验证了仿真结果的准确性。
The influencing factors of movement process of high speed electromagnetic repulsion mechanism are discovered based on the working principle and the theoretical research of the high speed electromagnetic repulsion mechanism, the regularity of the influencing factors is achieved by simulation. The repulsion driver prototype which is used for DC high speed switch is designed and manufactured on the basis of a lot of simulation. The experiments show that the repulsion driver prototype completely conforms to the design requests , and the accuracy of simulation results is validated.
