35kV空心电抗器工频磁场最优抑制方式的研究分析 被引量:11

摘要 干式空心电抗器运行时产生的强磁场是变电站和换流站内电磁污染的主要来源,其产生的强磁场引起了变电站和换流站接地网导体的发热、对周围设备的磁干扰以及对运行人员身体健康的影响等。为此,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS的仿真,探讨了在三相一字形排列的干式空心电抗器最优工频磁场的抑制方式,对比分析了多种屏蔽方式下的磁场屏蔽效果,最终得出了在三相一字型排列的干式空心电抗器底部加钢屏蔽侧围加铝屏蔽的镂空屏蔽罩的最优磁场屏蔽方式,在这种屏蔽方式下,磁场的抑制效果最好,且对电抗器的影响较小。 The power frequency magnetic field of dry type air core reactor is the main source of electromagnetic pollution in converter station and substation. Strong magnetic field produced by the reactor will cause fever of conductor of the ground net of substation,magnetic interference on equipment around and affect the health of body and so on. So,the paper explores the best suppression way of magnetic field distribution of dry type air core reactor in three phase one word order,through the software of ANSYS simulation. The shielding effect of kinds of shielding ways of magnetic field are compared and analyzed. Finally,the best optimal shielding way of magnetic field of drytype air-core reactor in three phase one word order is obtained,namely,plus steel shielding at the bottom and aluminum shielding at the surround of reactor,thus this shielding way has the best suppression effect of the magnetic field,and less effect on the reactor.
