Study on coordination mechanism of food safety supervision under the theory of CAS

通过对行政监管体制机制的辩证分析,将复杂适应系统理论(CAS理论)引入食品安全领域,并在其指导下积极构建食品安全领域的复杂适应系统-机制模型,以期在充分利用有限公共行政资源的基础上,为我国政府在食品安全方面的国家治理和相关工作思路提供理论思考与支撑。

Through the dialectical analysis of the administrative supervision system, introduces complex adaptive system theory （CAS） into the field of food safety. And under its guidance, actively build food safety in the field of complex adaptive system mechanism model, in order to make full use of the limited public administrative resources, for providing theoretical thinking and support by our government in the food safety national governance and work ideas.
