摘要
[目的]调查潍坊市公立医院档案管理的现状,分析存在的问题,并提出合理化的管理建议。[方法]采用分层随机抽样方法,对潍坊市12所医院的院领导及档案管理工作人员进行独立自愿的问卷调查。[结果]部分医院对档案管理重视程度不高;管理制度、机制方面还不够健全,管理方法上稍显粗放;档案管理人才方面学历偏低、专业性人才缺乏,档案管理专业性水平不高。[结论]应从档案管理制度、方法以及专职人才培养等方面健全医院档案管理工作,更好地为医疗卫生工作服务。
Objective Investigates current situation of archives management in public hospitals in Weifang. Analyzes the problems and puts forward rationalization management suggestion.Methods Investigated leaders and archives management staffs who independent willing to accept questionnaire survey from 12 hospitals by random sampling method.Results Several hospital＆#39;s efforts on archives management were not enough in the survey. Management system and mechanism were not perfect. Management method was extensive. Most of archives management staffs were lack of educational background, professional staff was shortage and professional level was low.Conclusions We should pay attention to archives management working from archives management system, method and professional staffs training, so as to service for medical and health care further.
