糖尿病采用循证护理的效果分析

目的本研究简要分析了应用循证护理措施治疗糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选择我院自2013年5月∽2014年5月期间入院接受治疗的糖尿病患者80例,采用随机分组的方法将其划分成观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理的措施,观察组患者采用循证护理的措施,对比两组患者的治疗效果及患者满意度情况。结果观察组患者掌握糖尿病知识的程度明显高于对照组患者,组间差异显著（P〈0.05）,同时观察组患者的满意度也高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在治疗糖尿病病症期间,循证护理具有良好的临床效果,患者满意度高,改善了患者的生存状态,值得临床予以推广及应用。

[Abstarct] Objective To analyze the nursing measures for treatment of patients with diabetes. Methods80 cases of diabetes in our hospital from 2013 May to 2014 May were randomly selected ,accorded to the adopt method. They were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing measures, the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing measures, the therapeutic effect was compared in two groups.Results The degree of knowledge of diabetes patients with observation group was higher than that of control group patients, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The group of patients was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic disease, evidence-based nursing has good clinical effect, high patient satisfaction, improves the patient＆#39;s condition. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
