血气及血生化参数改变对肺水肿早期诊断的相关分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血气以及血生化参数的改变对肺水肿早期诊断的相关意义,为肺水肿的及时确诊和治疗提供一定的理论依据。方法从2013年2月∽2014年7月我院收治的肺水肿患者中选取34例作为观察组,同期选择34例健康志愿者作为对照组,分别检测观察组以及对照组的血常规、血气以及血生化指标,并对两个实验组的各项指标进行比较分析。结果观察组的白细胞计数(WBC)明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。通过对比两个实验组的血气指标结果发现,观察组的p H值、Pa O2、Pa CO2、Sa O2、以及Fi O2/Pa O2均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。而观察组和对照组的血生化指标情况除在K+上存在较为明显差异之外,其余Na+、Cl-、BUN(尿素氮)以及GLU(血糖)差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论肺水肿患者在早期出现白细胞计数明显增加以及低氧血症持续性进行性加重,加强血常规及血气指标的检测,有利于肺水肿的早期诊断和治疗。 ObjectiveTo investigate the blood gas and blood biochemical parameters related to the change of early diagnosis of pulmonary edema, provides certain theory basis for timely diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary edema.MethodsPulmonary edema patients were randomly selected in our hospital from February 2013 to July 2014, 34 cases as the observation group, select the same period 34 cases of healthy volunteers as control group, the observation group and the control group were detected in the blood routine test, blood gas and blood biochemical index, and the indicators of the two experimental groups were compared and analyzed.Results The white blood cell count (WBC) in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The blood gas index contrast between the two experimental groups found that the observation group, pH value, PaO2, PaCO2, SaO2, PaO2 and FiO2/ were significantly lower than those of the control group, with significant difference (P〈0.05). And the blood biochemical indexes were observed group and the control group in addition to more obvious differences on the K+, Na+, Cl- and other BUN (Niao Sudan) and GLU (glucose) were no significant difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05).Conclusion Patients with pulmonary edema appeared white blood cell count increased significantly and persistent hypoxemia progressive early on, to strengthen the detection of blood and blood gas parameters, facilitate earlier diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary edema.
