EMR技术在炎症性肠病诊治中的应用

Application of EMR technology in the diagnosis and treatment with inflammatory bowel disease

目的探讨内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)在炎症性肠病诊治中的应用方法及效果。方法回顾性分析300例炎症性肠病患者临床资料,对EMR技术诊治效果进行评价。结果溃疡性结肠炎与克罗恩病的确诊率分别为97.3%、84.2%。治疗后随访1年,溃疡性结肠炎与克罗恩病的临床治疗有效率分别为90.4%、87.5%。结论 EMR技术诊治炎症性肠病效果确切,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To discuss the application of endoscopic mucosal resection（EMR）in diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.MethodsThe clinical data of 300 cases with inflammatory bowel disease were retrospective analyzed,evaluated the effect of EMR in the diagnosis and treatment.Results The positive rate of ulcerative colitis and crohn＇s disease respectively was determined to be 97.32%,84.21%.Follow-up of one year vafter treatment,the clinical treatment effectiveness of ulcerative colitis and crohn＇s disease were determined as 90.8%,87.5%. ConclusionThe effect of EMR technology in diagnosis and treatment with inflammatory bowel disease exactly,is worthy of clinical use.
