摘要
文章分析了教师和学生在学习方法上存在的不同,认为做别人的老师,可以大大提高为师者本身的学习能力和学习效果。以此为据,文章建议教师在教学中为学生创造各种模拟教师角色的环境,来改善学生的学习效果。作者也以自身的教学实践为例,提供了一些可以尝试的举措。
The paper analyzes differences between teachers' and students'learning methods, and insists that being a teacher can greatly improve the ability to learn and learning effectiveness. Base on this point, the paper suggests teachers should create an environment for students to enable them act like teachers, in order to improve the learning effectiveness. With his personal teaching practice, the author also puts forward some measures which could be tried in teaching practice.
