摘要
通过对甘肃省某师范大学本科四年级教育实习生的调查发现:教育实习生的教学效能感水平中等偏上,个人教学效能感水平较高;民族因素、是否担任学生干部以及教育实习学校类型对教育实习生的教学效能感有显著影响。为促进教育实习生教学效能感的提高,建议师范院校进一步完善教育实习制度,加强对教育实习生的指导力度,改善教育实习条件;进一步拓展教育实践课程形式,加强对少数民族师范生的发展关注;加强教育实习生专业知识学习,积极引导学生进行自我反思。
The paper investigates the trainee of of education in university senior class at a certain normal university in Gansu province. The study shows that: The teaching efficacy of trainee in education is above the medium level, the personal teaching efficacy awareness performs well. Ethical factor, whether as a student leader in the university, the type of internship school have a significant impact on the teaching efficacy of trainee in education. In order to promote the trainee'teaching efficacy of normal colleges, the paper proposells the following suggestions that further improve teaching practice, strengthen guidance for trainee in education, and improve education practice conditions; further expand the education practice course form, strengthen the attention on the development of ethnic minority normal students ; strengthen professional knowledge learning for trainee in education, and actively guide students to self reflection.
