摘要
为了对新能源汽车用无刷直流电机控制器进行性能分析,研制开发了一套包括机械结构和测控软件两部分的性能测试系统。基于对新能源汽车电驱动系统的特性分析,搭建了试验台实物台架;基于虚拟仪器技术,开发了测控软件。通过对无刷直流电机及其控制器的装机测试,测试平台能够完成在线工况控制、实时数据采集和保存及离线信号处理等功能。系统自动化程度高,功能全,具有较高的推广价值。
In order to analyze the performance of BLDC Motor controller for new energy vehicles,a set of performance testing system was developed including mechanical structure and control software. By analysis on the feature of the new energy automobile electric drive system, a test rig physical platform was set up;based on virtual instrument technology, measurement and control software was developed in addition. Through the brushless DC motor and controller installed test,the function of online working condition control ,real-time data acquisition and preservation, and off-line signal processing can be accomplished by the test platform. The full-featured system with high-degree automation possesses a high promotional value.
