摘要 为分析新型链传动推弹机在推弹全行程中链头和弹丸的运动特性,根据链条的实际运动轨迹和结构特征,采用刚体动力学单自由度等效法对电机驱动的链传动推弹机本体进行分析,为提高求解精度,使用刚性方程的BDF求解方法并用MATLAB进行解算,计算出推弹机链轮转速等参数。再运用ADAMS建立链传动推弹机推弹全行程的仿真模型,分析链头和弹丸在全行程中的运动状态及弹丸卡膛速度,仿真值与试验值较为一致。为分析链传动机构运动特性提供了新的思路和方法。 In order to analyze the motion characteristics of chain and shell in the ramming process of the new chain drive rammer device, on the basis of actual moving track and structural characteristics of chain, the rammer driven by electric motor is analyzed in this paper based on single degree of freedom equivalent method in the rigid dynamics. MATLAB tools are applied to solve the BDF of rigid equation, and the chain wheel rotate speed is calculate for improving the accuracy. The motion characteristics and the velocity that hold the shell in the throat are obtained by the virtual prototype built by ADAMS,the results show that simulation calculation is identical to experiment. The proposed method provides a new thinking and means to analyze the motion characteristic of chain drive mechanism.
