中国林业绿色就业估算统计体系构建

Study on the Construction of Forestry Green Employment Statistical System in China

绿色就业是指与绿色经济、绿色发展相关的就业。随着林业产业的逐渐快速发展,林业对绿色就业的贡献越来越来越大。由于一直以来对于林业就业的统计范围较窄,仅限于对林业系统内从业人员的统计,导致林业对绿色就业的贡献被大大降低。通过分析林业就业统计存在的问题,基于产业特点,构建基于林业三次产业及其相关产业直接就业和间接就业的林业绿色就业统计体系,为系统、完整估算和统计林业绿色就业规模提供依据。

Green jobs are those jobs which related to green employment and green development employment. With the rapid development of the forestry industry, forestry and related industry had provided more and more green jobs. As for the old forestry employment statistical system only focused on the forestry system, resulting the amount of forestry employment was greatly underestimated in a long time period. Based on the problems analyzing of forestry statistical system and the characteristics of forestry industry, this paper construct a new forestry employment statistical system based on the direct employment and the indirect employment of forestry industries and related industries, which can be used to estimate the forestry green employment systematically and completely.
