福建省永安市2014年实现生产总值300亿元,竹业产值41亿元,占13.67%;人均竹业收入4705元。全市竹产品吸纳转移就业农民5万余人,占全市农业人口的1/3。竹产业连续10年增长15%,成为当地农民增收最快的产业项目。主要措施:政府谋划到位,推动产业转型升级;搭建展销、建设园区科技平台;制定配套优惠政策,有效集聚产业发展动力;提升政府服务,健全服务机制,提供技能培训,优化行业管理等。
