摘要
通过直接向稀释的黏土悬浮液中引入Cu-Al交联剂,制备了不同n(Cu)/n(Cu+Al)的Cu-Al交联黏土催化剂。运用XRD、BET、FT-IR、TG、H2-TPR、SEM等手段表征所制备的Cu-Al交联黏土催化剂,并将其用于催化苯-H2O2直接羟基化制备苯酚反应中,考察了溶剂种类、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、n(H2O2)/n(Benzene)对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,Cu-Al交联黏土催化剂在苯直接羟基化反应中具有良好的催化活性,在最佳反应条件下可使苯转化率达64.2%,苯酚选择性达85.1%,苯酚收率达54.6%,优于其他含铜催化剂的催化效果。
The Cu-A1 pillared clay catalysts with different n(Cu)/n(Cu+ A1) were prepared by direct introduction of Cu-A1 pillaring agent into the dilute clay suspension, and characterized by XRD, BET, FT-IR, TG, H2-TPR and SEM methods. The catalytic performance of Cu-A1 pillared clay catalyst in benzene direct hydroxylation to phenol was investigated. The influences of various reaction parameters, such as n(Cu)/n(Cu+Al), solvent type, reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of catalyst, n (H2O2)/n (Benzene), on the catalytic activity of the catalyst were studied. The results showed that Cu-A1 pillared clay catalyst exhibited high catalytic activity in benzene direct hydroxylation. Under the optimal reaction conditions, benzene conversion of 64.2%, phenol selectivity of 85.1% and phenol yield of 54.6% were obtained, which was higher than those obtained from the reaction catalyzed by other reported Cu catalysts.
