摘要
以β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰氯和树枝状分子骨架1.0代PAMAM(聚酰胺-胺)为原料,通过酰胺化缩合反应合成了一种具有树枝状结构的受阻酚抗氧剂。采用FT-IR、1 H-NMR和MS对树枝状受阻酚抗氧剂进行了结构表征,采用测氧法考察了树枝状受阻酚抗氧剂和只具有叔胺抗氧化基团的0.5代PAMAM骨架的抗氧化活性,并对其清除ROO·反应动力学进行了分析。结果表明,在相同的酚羟基浓度时,树枝状受阻酚抗氧剂的抑制速率常数高于受阻酚抗氧剂BHT;树枝状受阻酚抗氧剂的骨架0.5代PAMAM的抗氧化活性证明了设计合成的树枝状受阻酚抗氧剂是一类分子内复合主抗氧剂。
The antioxidant with dendritic structure and hindered phenolic groups was synthesized by amidation condensation reaction with β-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionyl chloride and dendritic backbone of 1.0 generation PAMAM (poly (amido-amine)) as raw materials, and characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and MS. The antioxidant activities of dendritic antioxidant and 0.5 generation PAMAM with tertiary amine structure were evaluated by oxygen uptake measurement. The reaction kinetics scavenging ROO. was studied eventually. The results showed that at the same concentration of phenol hydroxyl group, the inhibition rate constant kinh of dendritic antioxidant was larger than that of antioxidant BHT. The antioxidant activity of 0.5 generation PAMAM confirmed that dendritic antioxidant with hindered phenolic groups was an intra-moleeular complex primary antioxidant.
