发达国家沿海经济带发展的成功经验为长江经济带的产业结构转型提供了重要借鉴。现阶段长江经济带存在着经济发展水平差异较大、产业同质化现象严重、交通运输体系不完善等问题,需要创新体制,建立区域协调机制;开发黄金水道,加强流域立体式交通体系建设;推进城镇化进程,发挥沿江城市群的带动作用;加强金融创新,支持沿江产业与经济发展。

Successful experiences of coastal economy belt of developed countries provide important references for industry transformation of Yangtze River Economy Belt. At present, there exits many problems along Yangtze River Economy Belt, such that the difference of economic development level of many cities is big, industry homogenization is serious, transportation system is not perfect, and so on. So we should try to innovate system and establish a regional coordination mechanism, develop the golden waterway and strengthen construction of watershed threedimensional transportation system, promote process of city and make the big cities along Yangtze River play a leading role, strengthen financial innovation and support development of industry and economy along the Yangtze River, etc.
