刘建秋运用扶正祛邪法治疗肺癌的经验

Professor LIU Jianqiu's Experience in Treating Lung Cancer with Method of Supporting Essence to Remove Pathogeny

肺癌已经严重影响人类的生命健康,而中医药辨证论治在肺癌治疗过程中的作用日益展现,刘建秋教授认为肺癌的病机为本虚标实,其病机特点可概述为"虚、痰、瘀、毒",并以此提出"扶正祛邪法"当贯穿肺癌治疗的始终。益气养阴,益肺健脾补肾以扶正;化痰利湿、活血化瘀、解毒抗癌以祛邪。运用扶正祛邪法治疗肺癌,对于提高患者的生存质量,延长生存期起到积极的作用。文章通过对刘建秋教授辨治肺癌要点的阐述及典型病案的分析,总结了刘建秋教授辨治肺癌的经验。

Lung cancer remains as a greatest threat to human health and TCM is more and more important than before. Pro. LIU Jianqiu considers the pathogenesis of lung cancer is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. He summarizes pathogen- esis characteristics of lung cancer as deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis and toxin. The method of supporting the healthy qi and removing the pathogenic factors can run through the beginning and end of the treatment. Supporting the healthy qi is always re- ferred to invigorating qi and nourishing Yin, nourishing the lung and spleen and kidney while removing the pathogenic factors is always referred to eliminating phlegm and removing dampness method,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method, anti - cancer and det0xifieation method. The correct use of supporting the healthy qi and removing the pathogenic factors is benefit to improve quality of life and prolong survival, all of which can play a positive role. This article elaborates not only points of syn- drome differentiation and treatment but also typical cases and sums up the clinical experience of Pro. LIU Jianqiu＇s experience on treating lung cancer.
