Professor CAO Shili's Clinical Experience in Treating Blood Urine with Chinese Medicine

文章是全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导教师、天津市名中医曹式丽教授中医药诊治血尿的经验总结。其根据疾病的特点及演变规律,按照中医审证求因的原则,对本类疾病的发病机制、辨证治疗,不断进行着探索,尤其对血尿、蛋白尿等核心病变的诊治,具有丰富的经验。兹就跟师学习过程中,在拓展知识领域,建立中医肾病临床辨治思维,诊治血尿的临床经验及个人临证心得等方面总结介绍。

This article is the experience summary on diagnosing and treating blood urine of professor CAO Shili, the advisor of inheritance work of national famous TCM doctor＇s academic experience and the famous TCM doctor of Tianjin. With continuous exploration in the pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of this kind of diseases, Professor CAO Shill has rich expe- rience in diagnosing and treating blood urine and proteinuria, according to the characteristics, evolvement rule and the principal of determination of etiologic factors based on differentiation. This article is the conclusion acquired during the study from the tutor in expanding knowledge field, building TCM clinical syndrome differentiation thinking of nephrotie disorders, the clinical experience in diagnosing and treating blood urine ,and the author＇s personal clinical realization.
