102例慢性肾功能衰竭合并急性肾损伤相关因素分析 被引量：4

Analysis of Correlation Factor in 102 Patients of Acute- on- Chronic Renal Failure

摘要 对2010年1月—2013年12月收治的慢性肾功能衰竭合并急性肾损伤病例进行回顾性分析;发现诱发本病的前三位危险因素为:感染、药物性肾损伤、恶性高血压;前三位基础肾脏疾病为:糖尿病肾病、慢性肾小球肾炎、高血压性肾病。 Clinical data was collected from allpatients diagnosed as acute - on - chronic renal failure by clinical materials o- ver a 4 - year period（ January 2010--December 2013 ） , and the etiology, the known basal kidney disease and the risk factors were analyzed. The top three risk factors were infection, drug - induced and malignant hypertension. The top three known basal kidney diseases were diabetic nephropathy, chronic glomerulonephritis and hypertensive nephropathy.
