补肾解毒通络方联合甲氨蝶呤对类风湿关节炎患者血清中IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的影响

Effects of Kidney- Nourishing,Toxin- Relieving and Collateral- Unblocking Decoction on IL- 1,IL- 6 and TNF- α in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:观察补肾解毒通络方对活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)血清中IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的影响。方法:将60例活动期RA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予补肾解毒通络方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,对照组予甲氨蝶呤治疗。记录治疗前后患者血清中IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的数值。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);对照组患者血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平较治疗前降低,在TNF-α方面有显著差异(P<0.05),但在IL-1、IL-6方面治疗前后无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组相比,治疗组患者血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:补肾解毒通络方能下调RA患者血清中IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α表达水平。

Objective ：To investigate the effects of combined Kidney- Nourishing, Toxin -Relieving and Collateral -Unblock- ing Decoction on intedeukin - 1 （ IL - 1 ）, interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6 ） and tumor necrosis factor - α （ TNF - α） in patients with rheu- matoid arthritis （RA）. Methods ：60 patients with RA were randomly divided into the treatment group with Kidney -Nourishing, Toxin - Relieving and Collateral - Unbloeking Decoction and MTX and the control group with only MTX. The changes of IL - 1, IL - 6 and TNF - ot in two groups before and after three months were observed. Results ： After treatment, the treatment group index levels of blood IL - 1, IL - 6 and TNF -α was reduced than before （ P 〈 0.05 ） and those of the control group were also reduced than before, but there was no significant difference in IL - 1 and IL - 6 （ P 〉0. 05 ）. Among the treatment group, IL - 1, IL - 6 and TNF- α were remarkably decreased compared to that of control （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：The Kidney -Nourishing,Toxin - Relieving and Collateral - Unblocking Decoction could reduce the expressions of IL - 1, IL - 6 and TNF -α in patients with RA.
