中西医结合与单纯西医药物治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的对比研究

A Comparative Study of Integrated Western and Chinese Medicine and Single Western Medicine for Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的：探讨研究中西医结合和单纯西医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的不同临床效果比较。方法：文章回顾性分析2011年6月—2014年6月收诊的98例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,入院后经系统检查,按照数字表法将所有患者随机平分为两组,即观察组行中药加西药联合治疗,对照组行单纯西药治疗,治疗后观察两组治疗效果评估、临床症状及炎性因子（IL-6、TNF-α）指标变化。结果：治疗医师通过门诊复查方式对所有患者行12~36个月随访,平均（24.69±7.15）个月,观察组患者治疗后临床疗效有效率显著高于对照组患者,比较差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05;观察组治疗后临床症状改善患者数多于对照组;两组患者治疗后炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α指标均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α指标水平明显低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论：中医药结合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床效果更加明显,大部分患者的临床症状减轻或消失,胃镜检查示治疗后较治疗前变化显著,值得临床医师广泛应用。

Objective：To evaluate and compare the different clinical effects of integrated western and Chinese medicine and single western medicine for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods ： This paper performed retrospective analysis of 98 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2014. Through the systematic exami- nation after the admission, all patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table, and one group was the observation group which was treated by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and the other group was the control group which was treated by western medicine alone. After treatment, changes of the therapeutic effects evaluation, clinical symp- toms and inflammatory eytokines （IL- 6, TNF- α） between two groups were observed. Results：The treating physician performed 12 - 36 months of followed - up for all patients by clinic review, with an average （ 24.69 ±7.15 ） months. The effective rate of clinical efficacy of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment and the difference was statistically significant ,P 〈 0.05. The number of patients with improved clinieal symptom in the observation group was much more than that of the control group after treatment. After treatment, the levels of inflammatory eytokines IL -6 and TNF -α between two groups were remarkably improved than those before treatment and the levels of IL - 6 and TNF -α in the observation group were signifieantly lower than those in the control group after treatment and the difference was statistically signifi- cant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis was more obvious and the clinical symptoms of the majority patients were alleviated or disappeared, which had significant changes after treatment than that before treatment by gastroscopy, worthy of wide application by clinicians.
