摘要
类风湿关节炎是一种病因不明确的自身免疫性疾病,中医针灸在治疗此病时疗效确切,安全方便,遂分析了近年来针灸治疗类风湿关节炎针刺及温针灸的选穴规律,结果提示在治疗类风湿关节炎时手足阳经穴位占重要地位,阳陵泉在穴位统计中使用频次最多,选穴时多局部和整体相结合。
heumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease with unknown etiology. Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture has effect on rheumatoid arthritisand it is safe and convenient. The article analyzed the laws of acupuncture point of moxibustion with warm needling and acupuncture for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, pointing three yang channels of hand and three yang channels of foot play an important role in treatment for rheumatoid arthritis. Yanglingquan is the most widely - used point. The combination of local and overall points plays an important role in principles of point selection.
