补肾利湿法对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠IL-2、IL-16表达水平的影响

Kidney Method for Acute Gouty Arthritis Rats with the Influence of IL-2,IL-16 Expression Level

目的:观察补肾利湿法对急性痛风性关节炎(AGA)大鼠(Rat)血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-16(IL-16)表达水平的影响,探讨补肾利湿法防治AGA的作用机制。方法:将84只SD大鼠随机分为:空白组、模型组、中药对照组(痛风舒组)、西药对照组(秋水仙碱组)及中药复方低、中、高剂量组,共7组,每组12只。采用尿酸钠(MSU)联合氧嗪酸钾(OXO)诱导大鼠AGA模型,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法),分别检测各组大鼠血清IL-2、IL-16的含量。结果:模型组IL-2、IL-16含量明显高于空白组(P<0.01);中药对照组,西药对照组,中药复方低、中、高剂量组IL-2、IL-16含量均较模型组低(P<0.01);中药复方中剂量组与中药对照组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01);中药复方中剂量组与中药复方低、高剂量组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01),中药复方中剂量组与西药对照组相比无显著性差异。结论:补肾利湿法中药复方可抑制急性痛风性关节炎大鼠IL-2、IL-16的表达,对防治AGA具有一定作用。

Objective： To observe the kidney with wet method for acute gouty arthritis （AGA） （Rat） in Rat serum interleukin -2 （IL -2） and interleukin - 16 （IL - 16） expression level, explore the mechanism of action of prevention and cure of kidney method with wet AGA. Methods ： 84 SD rats were randomly divided into ： blank group, model group, Chinese medicine control group （group gout shu） ,western medicine control group （colchicine group） and traditional Chinese medicine compound high, medium and low dose group, a total of 7 groups, each group of 12. The uric acid sodium （MSU） oxygen oxazine acid potassi- um （OXO） induced rat AGA model,using enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） ,between groups of rats was detected in serum IL -2, the content of IL - 16. Results：The contents of IL -2,IL - 16 model significantly higher than the blank group （P 〈 0.01 ） ;Control group in Chinese medicine ,western medicine control group, traditional Chinese medicine compound is low, me- dium and high dose group of IL - 2, IL - 16 levels were lower in the model group （P 〈 0.01 ） ; Traditional Chinese medicine com- pound in dose group compared with the traditional Chinese medicine control group with significant difference （P 〈 0.01） ;TCM compound in low dose group and traditional Chinese medicine compound, high dose group compared with significant difference （ P 〈0.01 ）, Chinese medicine compound dose group compared with the western medicine control group no significant difference. Conclusion：Kidney lishi method of traditional Chinese medicine compound can inhibit the acute gouty arthritis rats IL- 2,the expression of IL - 16,for the prevention and treatment of AGA has certain effect.
