Application of Proteomics in HIV/AIDS Research

在过去几年间蛋白质组学在揭示HIV与宿主间作用机制、寻找新的生物学标记方面得到广泛应用。作者总结了近年来蛋白质组学在HIV/AIDS研究中的最新进展,包括与HIV/AIDS研究相关的常用样本、蛋白质组学研究常用的技术、HIV与宿主细胞间相互作用的机制、HIV相关疾病的诊断标志物、HIV相关疫苗研制等。文章最后也对将蛋白质组学引用到艾滋病中医证候研究可行性做了分析和展望。

Proteomics has been widely used in the last few years to look for new biomarkers and decipher the mechanism of HIV -host interaction. Herein, we review the recent developments of HIV/AIDS proteomic research, including the samples Used in HIV/AIDS related research, the technologies used for proteomic study, the mechanisms of HIV - host interaction, the diagnosis bi- omarkers of HIV - associated disease, vaccine development of HIV and so on. At the end of this review, we also give some pros- pects about introducing proteomics to the research of traditional Chinese medical syndromes of HIV/AIDS.
