摘要
依靠提高晶种的活性进行细白氢氧化铝制备,舍弃了硫酸铝两段分解法制备细白氢氧化铝的生产工艺。主要采用一段种分分解工艺制备细白氢氧化铝,分别对活性晶种的制备工艺、晶种种分分解种子比以及分解时间进行了研究,并制备出了细白氢氧化铝,探索出了一种细白氢氧化铝生产新工艺。
Getting rid of the aluminum sulfate two - stage decomposition method preparation process for the production of fine white aluminium hydroxide, one - stage decomposition process which is a new type process is mainly adopted to the preparation by increasing the activity of the seed. The preparation process of active seed, the crystal various seed decomposition ratio and the decomposition time are studied respectively. Fine white aluminium hydroxide is prepared finally.
