508钢高温力学性能的研究

摘要 508钢是国际上一级压力容器常用材料,也是核电设备上首选用钢。试验利用Gleeble1500D热模拟试验机,通过凝固法研究了508钢在800℃、900℃、1000℃、1100℃、1200℃、1300℃时的高温力学性能,并对该温度下钢的组织结构进行分析。结果表明:1000℃时508钢的强度、塑性和韧性达到合理分配,具有较好的综合机械性能。 508 steel is not only a common material for first - level pressure vessel in the world but also preferred steel for nuclear power equipment. With the help of Gleeble 1500D simulation testing machine, the high temperature mechanical properties of 508 steel are studied under 800 ℃ ,900 ℃ ,1000 ℃ ,1100℃ ,1200 ℃ and 1300 ℃ by coagulation measure. Steel structure is analyzed under the temperatures mentioned above, results show that the strength, plasticity and toughness of 508 steel at 1000 ℃ is the preferred reasonable allocation, and has has a good comprehensive mechanical property.
