青岛市学生结核病患者发现模式回顾性分析

A retrospective study on the tuberculosis diagnostic mode in the students in Qingdao

目的了解青岛市区学生结核病患者的有效就诊方式,为促进学生结核病患者的及早诊治提供有效的参考依据。方法采集青岛市胸科医院2006年1月至2014年6月的学生发病资料,对确诊的学生结核病患者进行电话或是当面访谈,了解青岛市学生结核病患者诊断工作现状及存在的问题。结果青岛市学生结核病的发现方式以因症就诊和转诊为主,分别占52.56%和32.31%。年龄以16-28岁为主,共总发病人数的占96.23%。结论应加强对学生尤其是高中、大学学生结核病基本知识宣传,提高学生因症就诊率,及早发现学生结核病患者。

Objective To investigate an effective tuberculosis （TB）diagnostic mode in the students in Qingdao,so as to provide evidence for the promotion of early diagnosis and treatment of TB.Methods Clinical data about the incidence of TB among the students were collected from the Qingdao Thoracic Hospital from January 2006 to June 2014.The confirmed TB patients were reached either by phone-calls or personal interviews,so as to know the present situation and problems that existed in the diagnosis of TB.Results The mode of finding TB among the students in Qingdao was mainly either through seeking medical advice due to symptoms or through referral,accounting for 52.56% and 32.31% respectively.The age for the incidence of the disease among students was from 16 to 28 years,which accounted for 96.23% of the total student patients.Conclusion Efforts should be made to publicize basic knowledge a-bout TB among students,the senior middle school students and university students in particular,so that the rate of seeking medical ad-vice due to symptoms might be increased and student TB patients could be identified at an early date.
