基于多维临界调控理论的水资源优化配置研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 水资源系统是由水资源-社会-经济-生态-环境组成的复杂巨系统,各组成要素和子系统间存在相互联系和制约关系,易造成水资源优化配置后系统运行向不协调、无序和崩溃方向演化,基于已提出的多维临界调控理论和方法,在介绍多维临界调控理论的基础上,剖析其在水资源系统的适用性表征,对多维临界调控模型、调控效果评价和调控方案风险评估研究现状进行系统评述,提出基于多维临界调控理论的水资源优化配置问题和展望,为后续相关研究提供指导。 Water resources system is a complex giant system composed of water resources, society, economy, ecology and environment. The relationship of interrelation and mutual restriction exists among the various component elements and subsystems of this system, which is easy to cause that the system operation evolves towards incongruity, disorder and collapse directions after optimal allocation of water resources. Therefore, the theory and method of multi-dimensional critical regulation and control were proposed by the researchers. Based on the introduction of multi-dimensional critical regulation and control theory, firstly, the applicability characterization of the theory in water resources system was analyzed in the study. Secondly, the research status of multi-dimensional critical regulation and control model, regulation and control effect evaluation and risk assessment of regulation and control scheme was commented systematically. Finally, the existing problems and prospects of studies on water resources optimal allocation by using multi-dimensional critical regulation and control theory were proposed, which could provide guidance for the following studies.
