摘要
以新公共服务理论的视域解析高校图书馆的嵌入式学科服务,一方面可以更全面梳理它的理论背景与话语基础,另一方面可以更清晰概览其本质规定与目标指向。在用户本位、服务价值、责任伦理、民主参与的理论内涵与目标诉求的基础上,高校图书馆开展嵌入式学科服务应遵循增强学科馆员竞争力、构建学科服务责任体系、形成全面协同格局、用户驱动创新学科服务的实践路径。
Using the theory of the New Public Service to analyze the embedded subject service in colleges and universities can not only clarify its theoretical background and basis of discourse, but also can understand its essence and target. The theory connotation and objective demands of user-oriented, service value, ethical responsibility and democratic participation reveal that developing embedded subject service in university libraries should adhere to paths taken by enhancing subject librarian's competitiveness, constructing the subject service responsibility system, forming a framework of comprehensive synergy and innovating the subject service driven by users.
