摘要 为了研究蜂窝钢柱的抗震性能,对4根蜂窝钢柱及1根原型钢实腹钢柱试件进行了低周反复加载试验,以揭示蜂窝钢柱的破坏机理、孔口应力分布规律、耗能能力、延性、强度和刚度退化等。试件考虑了蜂窝孔形、加劲肋的设置与否及设置部位等影响参数。试验研究结果表明:蜂窝钢柱的承载力及刚度大于扩张前的原型钢实腹柱,破坏时试件的延性在2.92~4.03之间,表现出良好的变形性能;通过合理设置横向加劲肋,可以提高蜂窝钢柱的承载力、刚度及耗能能力,并防止柱腹板的局部屈曲;蜂窝钢柱由于在腹板上开孔形成受力薄弱区域,容易造成累积损伤,强度和刚度退化的幅度要略大于原实腹型钢柱。研究结果可为蜂窝型钢的进一步推广应用及理论研究提供参考。 In order to study the seismic behavior of cellular steel column and reveal its failure mech-anism, stress distribution around the hole, energy dissipation capacity, ductility, strength and stiff-ness degradation, etc, four cellular columns and one solid web column without expanding were sub-jected to the cyclic reversed loading. The test considered the hole shape, setting stiffener or not and position of stiffeners as parameters. The results show that the bearing capacity and stiffness of the cellular columns are higher than those of the solid web column. When the cellular column broke, the ductility factor of the column reached 2. 92 ~4. 03 , which showed good deformation perform-ance. By setting reasonable transverse stiffeners, the bearing capacity, stiffness and energy dissipa-tion of the column can be improved, and the local buckling phenomenon can be avoided. Accumula-ted damage may easily appear in the cellular columns because the holes in the web form a weak area of stress, and they leads to degradation of the strength and stiffness of the cellular column, when compared with the solid web column. The results of the study can provide reference for the applica-tion and theoretical study of the cellular steel.
