双环醇片防治抗癌药物所致肝损害临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察双环醇片防治抗癌药物所致肝损害的临床疗效。方法选取医院2013年6月至2014年6月收治的确诊恶性肿瘤拟行化学治疗(简称化疗)的患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。两组患者均接受常规化疗,治疗组加服双环醇片25 mg,3次/天,治疗3个周期。出现化疗药物性肝损害的患者暂停化疗,给予双环醇片25 mg口服,3次/天,肝功能指标恢复正常后再按照原方案和剂量继续完成2个周期化疗,共5个周期。结果治疗3个周期内,治疗组药物性肝损害发生率为28.33%,明显低于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应各分度发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个周期后,对照组肝功能指标明显较治疗前升高(P<0.05),而治疗组较治疗前升高不明显(P>0.05),且升高程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);肝功能损害患者接受双环醇片治疗后,各肝功能指标均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论双环醇片预防性保肝治疗,可降低抗癌药物所致药物性肝损害的发生率,减轻肝功能损害程度,且对药物性肝损害有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe tbe clinical effect of Bicyclol Tablet for preventing and treating tbe anti-cancer drug induced liver damage. Methods 120 patients witb malignant tumor undergoing cbemotberapy in tbe bospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected and divided into tbe treatment group and tbe control group according to tbe random number table,60 cases in eacb group. Tbe two groups all accepted tbe conventional cbemotberapy. Tbe treatment group was added witb oral Bicyclol Tablet 25 mg,3 times daily for 3 cycles of treatment,after appearance of tbe cbemotberapeutic drugs caused liver damage,tbe cbemotberapy was stopped and oral Bicyclol Tablet 25 mg was given,3 times daily,after tbe liver function indexes recovered to tbe normal levels,otber 2 cycles of cbemotberapy was continuously completed according to tbe original regimen and dosage. Tbe cbemotberapy lasted for 5 cycles. Results Tbe occurrence rate of drug induced liver injury witbin 3 cycles of treatment in tbe treatment group was 28. 33%,wbicb was signifi-cantly lower tban 66. 67% in tbe control group( P 〈 0. 05);eacb indexing of adverse reactions in tbe treatment group was significantly lower tban tbat in tbe control group( P 〈 0. 05);tbe liver function level after 3-cycle treatment in tbe control group was significantly increased compared witb before treatment( P 〈 0. 05),wbile tbe increase after treatment in tbe treatment group was not obvious com-pared witb before treatment( P 〉 0. 05),tbe increase degree in tbe treatment group was significantly lower tban tbat in tbe control group( P 〈 0. 05);after tbe treatment of Bicyclol Tablet,tbe various liver function indexes in tbe patients witb liver damage were sig-nificantly decreased compared witb before treatment( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Bicyclol Tablet for preventive liver- protecting tberapy can decrease tbe occurrence rate of anti-cancer drug induced liver damage,alleviates tbe liver damage degree,bas better effect for treating drug induced liver damage and deserves clinical promotion.
