云南白药牙周塞治剂用于拔牙术后出血35例

Yunnanbaiyao Periodontal Pack for Treating Bleeding after Exodontia in 35 Cases

目的观察云南白药牙周塞治剂用于拔牙术后出血的临床疗效。方法将医院收治的70例行手术治疗的牙周病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。两组患者术后均给予有效的止血及干燥处理,治疗组患者给予云南白药牙周塞治剂,对照组患者给予含丁香油的常规牙周塞。治疗7 d后,观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的基牙相关指标,包括牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、牙菌斑指数(PLI),以及治疗后两组止血、止痛、创面愈合效果。结果治疗后,治疗组GI,PD,PLI均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组止血总有效率为94.29%,显著高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05);治疗后12,24 h,治疗组与对照组视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现与治疗相关的不良反应。结论云南白药牙周塞治剂辅助牙周手术治疗牙周病的疗效确切,能有效促进术后创面愈合,缓解疼痛,减少术后出血,改善口腔环境,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe tbe effect of Yunnanbaiyao Periodontal Pack for treating bleeding after exodontia. Methods Totally 70 patients witb exodontia admitted to tbe bospital were randomly divided into tbe treatment group and control group,35 cases in eacb group. Tbe two groups were given effective bemostasis and dry processing exodontia. Tbe treatment group were given Yunnanbaiyao Peri-odontal Pack,and tbe control group were given regular periodontal treatment witb clove oil. Tbe tberapeutic effect of tbe two groups as well as gingival index（GI）,periodontal pocket deptb（PD）,plaque index（PLI） and otber abutment related indexes,and tbe bemostasis, VAS score and wound bealing situation were observed and compared. Conclusion Yunnanbaiyao Periodontal Pack bas clear efficacy as adjuvant treatment,witb tbe ability of promoting wound bealing,relieving pain,reducing postoperative bleeding,improving oral environment,and is wortb of clinical promotion.
