昆明市HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存质量、社会支持和攻击性的关系

Quality of Life,Social Support and Aggression among People Living with HIV/AIDS in Kunming

目的:了解HIV感染者/AIDS患者的生存质量、社会支持与攻击性之间的关系,为以后在此领域的后续研究提供材料和依据。方法:采用简单随机抽样的方法,抽取了昆明市传染病院的艾滋病患者124例,并采用生存质量问卷(WHOQOL-HIV-BREF)、领悟社会支持问卷(PSSS)和攻击性问卷(AQ-CV)进行调查,采用相关法对这三者的结果进行相关分析。结果:1领悟社会支持量表得分和生存质量量表的生理领域、心理领域、独立性领域、社会关系领域、环境领域、精神支柱领域的得分呈显著正相关(r=0.320,0.412,0.450,0.443,0.449,0.350;P<0.01);2攻击性各维度得分与生存质量大部分维度得分呈负相关;在敌意和指向自我攻击性两个维度上的得分与领悟社会支持量表的得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.288,P<0.01;r=-0.180,P<0.05)。结论:拥有更高的生存质量,以及获得更多的社会支持,会使艾滋病患者的攻击性降低。

Objective： To explore the relationship between the quality of life,social support and aggression among people living with HIV / AIDS in Kunming in order to provide evidences for further research. Methods： Simple random sampling method was used to select 124 HIV infected patients and AIDS patients from Kunming Infectious Disease Hospital. The patients were surveyed using WHOQOL- HIV-BREF questionnaire,PSSS questionnaire and AQ- CV questionnaire. Correlation analysis was performed to analyze the scores of the three questionnaires. Results： ①The scores showed significant positive correlations between WHOQOL- HIV- BREF questionnaire and PSSS questionnaire among people living with HIV / AIDS,such as physiological field,psychological field,independence field,social relation field,environmental field,spiritual field（ r = 0. 320,0. 412,0. 450,0. 443,0. 449,0. 350; P〈0. 01） ②The scores of AQ- CV had a negative correlation with many dimensionalities of WHOQOL- HIV- BREF; the scores of PSSS had a significant negative correlation with the hostility and self- aggression subscales of AQ- CV questionnaire（ r =-0. 288,P〈0. 01; r =-0. 180,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The HIV / AIDS patients who have better quality of life and more social support will lower their aggression.
