539名高原新兵心理弹性与影响因素

Resilience in 539 Recruits in Plateau Area and Its Influencing Factors

目的:分析高原新兵心理弹性与影响因素。方法:2012年高原某部新兵抵达驻地1周后,采用心理弹性量表(中文版)(CD-RISC)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、军人心理应激自评问卷(PSET)、团体用心理应激调查表(PSSG)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)问卷,集中进行现场测评。结果:1高原新兵心理弹性较好,总分为(61.87±12.96);2高原新兵不同水平心理弹性组的应激总标分、生活事件、社会支持、积极应对、外向性、情绪稳定性、SCL-90总分均存在显著差异(P=0.001);3高原新兵心理弹性与积极应对、外向性、社会支持呈正相关(r=0.560,0.432,0.421;P=0.001),与应激总标分、生活事件、消极应对、情绪稳定性、SCL-90总分呈负相关(r=-0.190,-0.186,-0.116.-0.209,-0.186;P<0.01);4积极应对、外向性、社会支持、消极应对和生活事件对心理弹性的预测良好,解释率达到38.44%。结论:高原新兵心理弹性状况较好。其心理弹性与应对方式、外向性、社会支持和生活事件密切相关。

Objective： To explore the characteristics of resilience in recruits in plateau area and its influencing factors. Methods： Connor- Davidson Resilience Questionnaire（ CD- RISC）,Symptom Checklist（ SCL- 90）,Psychological Stress Self- evaluation Test（ PSET）,Psychosocial Stress Survey for Groups（ PSSG）,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire（ SCSQ）,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（ EPQ） were applied to recruits in plateau area in 2012 one week after their arrival at the station. Results： ①The results of CD- RISC demonstrated that the recruits in plateau had good resilience,total score of CD was（ 61. 87 ± 12. 96）.②The psychological stress,life events,social support,active coping,extraversion,emotional stability and mental health were all significantly different among different levels of resilience groups（ P〈0. 001）. ③Resilience had the obvious positive correlation with active coping,extraversion and social support（ r = 0. 560,0. 432,0. 421; P〈0. 001）,and negative correlation with psychological stress,life events,negative coping,emotional stability and mental health（ r =-0. 190,-0. 186,-0. 116.-0. 209,-0. 186; P〈0. 01）. ④ Active coping,extraversion,social support,negative coping and life events have the good predictive ability to resilience（ 38. 44%）. Conclusion： Recruits in plateau had good resilience. The resilience were closely related to coping style,extraversion,social support and life events.
