军校学员人格类型与学习动机强度的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析军校学员人格类型与学习动机的关系。方法:应用MBTI量表和大学生学习动机简易评定量表,调查某军校所有在校学员的个性类型和学习动机强度。结果:1学员总体16种人格类型的学习动机强度有所不同(F=1.879,P=0.021),人格类型是ENFP的学员的学习动机强度(2.09)高于INTP(1.77)的学员;2女学员不同人格类型的学习动机强度没有统计学差异(F=0.386,P=0.982);男学员有差异(F=1.928,P=0.017),属于ENFP的学员的学习动机强度(2.10)高于INTP(1.74)的学员;3一、三、四年级学员的不同人格类型的学习动机强度没有统计学差异;二年级学员有统计学差异(F=2.432,P=0.002),其中ESFP(2.20)、INTJ(2.12)、ENFP(2.11)、INFP(2.11)、ISTP(2.06)的学习动机强度高于INTP(1.45)。结论:军校学员人格类型与学习动机有一定关系,人格类型是一个有机的整体,INTP是学习动机较弱的人格类型,ENFP属于学习动机强的人格类型;军校教育管理者应当采取多种措施培养学员积极向上的人格。 Objective: To analyze the relationship between personality type and academic motivation intensity of military college students. Methods: Using the Myers- Briggs Type Indicator and Working Motivation Simple Inventory,we surveyed all students on campus of a military college. Results: ①It showed statistically significances in the students' academic motivation intensity among different personality types( F = 1. 879,P〈0. 05),among which the intensity of the students belong to ENFP( 2. 09) was higher than that of the INTP ones( 1. 77). ②It showed no significances in the females' academic motivation intensity among different personality types,and the intensity in the males was on the contrary( F = 1. 928,P〈0. 05). The academic motivation intensity of the males belong to ENFP( 2. 10) was higher than that of the INTP ones( 1. 74). ③It showed no significances in all the grades' academic motivation intensity among different personality types except in the second grade( F = 2. 432,P〈0. 01). The academic motivation intensity of the students in the second grade belong to ESFP( 2. 20),INTJ( 2. 12),ENFP( 2. 11),INFP( 2. 11),ISTP( 2. 06) were higher than that of the INTP ones( 1. 45). Conclusion: There are relationship between personality type and academic motivation intensity of military college students. Personality type is an organic whole,and the students with INTP type unusually have poor academic motivation intensity but those with ENFP have higher. The education administrators in the military colleges should take various measures to cultivate active and healthy personality of the students.
