新形势下高校作为培养人才、传承文明、建设先进文化的重要阵地,其廉政文化培育是反腐倡廉和加强师生思想政治教育、构建和谐校园的重要任务。现阶段应坚持以马克思人的全面发展理论为指导,开展高校廉政文化培育。这不仅是建立健全高校预防和惩治腐败体系的需要,而且对培养优秀人才、构建社会主义和谐校园意义重大,是推进高校廉政文化培育的紧迫任务和根本路径。

Institutions of higher learning are the main front of cultivating talented individuals, inheriting civilization, and building advanced culture. Fostering anti-corruption and integrity culture is an ~mportant task aimed at strengthening ideological education of students and faculty, and constructing harmonious campuses. At present, fostering anti-corruption and integrity culture should be under the guidance of the Marxist theory of all-round development of people. This is not only the demand for establishing and perfecting the system of prevention and punishment of corruption, but of vital importance for cultivating talented individuals and building harmonious campuses at institutions of higher learning. It is a pressing task and fundamental approach to the promotion of fostering anti-corruption and integrity culture under the new situation.
